We, the Members of the African Union Peace and Security Council (AUPSC), invited AU Member States / Organs / institutions, the Regional Economic Communities as well as the representatives of United Nations, African Development Institutions, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs); academia, practitioners, youth and women groups, other stakeholders and development partners, herein referred to as (the Participants) in the African Union (AU) Policy Conference on Promoting the Peace, Security and Development Nexus, held in Tangier, Kingdom of Morocco from 25 to 27 October 2022, REITERATE our commitment to address the growing linkages between peace, security, governance and sustainable development, RENEW our collective search for durable solutions, and REAFFIRM our determination to implement the outcomes of this Conference.
