Addis Ababa, 4 April 2018: The Chairperson of the Commission of the African Union, Moussa Faki Mahamat, arrived today in Mbabane for a 48 hours official visit to the Kingdom of Swaziland. The visit is part of the efforts to reach out to all member states, in order to exchange views with African leaders on the Union’s priorities, popularize the programmes and activities carried out within the framework of Agenda 2063 and seek support for their implementation.

During the visit, it is planned that the Chairperson will be received by His Majesty King Mswati III. He will also meet with senior officials of the Government, including Prime Minister Dr. Barnabas Dlamini and Foreign Minister Chief Magwagwa Gamedze.
